I am writing on the above to recommend a candidate for the above board. My name is Les Sprouse. I served as a board member for a number of years, with this experience I feel I have a pretty good read on what it takes to be an effective board member. Jeff Dornbusch has over 10 years expertise in the finance of running a school district. He was responsible for our receiving $600,000 that Davis Besse tried to remove from our tax income. Due to his knowledge and persistence we were able to keep that money and greatly help our tax bill. Jeff attended many board meetings giving him excellent knowledge as to board operations. I highly recommend his election to become a BCS Board member January 1, 2010.
