Frisch and Cox announce engagement
Norm Frisch, Oak Harbor and Gwen Watkins, Helena announce the engagement of their daughter Janelle Dawn Frisch to Shane Michael Cox, son of Pat and Mike Cox, Bluffton.
Janelle is a 1995 graduate of Oak Harbor high school and a 1999 graduate of Bowling Green State University where she earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. In 2004 she earned her masters degree in Classroom Technology.
Janelle is teaching kindergarten for Dorchester District II schools in Summerville, South Carolina. Previously, she taught kindergarten for the Otsego school district.
Her fiancé is a 1996 graduate of Bluffton high school and a 2000 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a bachelor of Fine Arts. In 2007 he graduated from The Nuclear Medicine Institute at the University of Findlay.
Shane is currently employed at the Medical University of South Carolina as a board certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
March 14, 2009 the couple will have a private, Oceanside wedding in Isle of Palms, South Carolina with Pastor John Bell as the officiate. They will celebrate their marriage with friends and family in Oak Harbor on June 27, 2009.
